Description:

The Njord Thor is an implacable warrior. The strongest among the gods, with a lust for battle.

An excellent all-round machete that is as at home in the wilderness as it is in the backyard. The blade is made of hand-forged layered damask steel. The unique shape of the blade ensures that the Thor excels in chopping actions, with the cutout at the top of the blade you can take a pan out of the fire. Its brass bolster protects the hand and prevents fingers from touching the cut. The Thor has an ergonomically shaped rosewood wooden handle, this gives an excellent grip. The handle is finished with a traditional protective mix of beeswax and linseed oil.

Comes with a handmade brown leather sheath with belt loop and a luxury storage case.

The inspiration for the design of this mythical machete has its origins in the time of the Vikings. A knife was an everyday utensil, an indispensable tool for working in the wilderness, hunting and fishing.
