Ordering Products

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to order an item from our store.

1. Find a Product: Browse through the various categories or use the search bar at the top right of each page.
2. Select the Product: Click "More information" to open the product detail page.
3. Check Availability: Look under the product title for "Availability" to see the available quantity or if it's "Out of stock." The estimated delivery time is listed directly below the availability.
4. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button. You can adjust the quantity if needed. If this button is not present, the item is out of stock and cannot be ordered immediately.
5. View Cart: After clicking "Add to Cart," you’ll be taken directly to your shopping cart.
6. Continue Shopping: If you want to order more items, click "Continue Shopping" at the bottom left of the product overview in your cart. Repeat the above steps for each additional product.
7. Review Cart: Once you’ve added the last product, review your cart and adjust quantities as needed. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find related products, fields for discount codes or Bushcraft.shop gift cards, and a tool to estimate shipping costs.
8. Free Shipping Threshold: A bar in your cart shows how much more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping.
9. Complete Order: When your order is complete and correct, click "Checkout" to proceed through the 4-step checkout process.
10. Minimum Order Value: Note that your order must be at least €15 to proceed.

Completing Your Order

Before your products can be shipped, you need to complete the checkout process. Here’s what to expect:

1. Checkout: Click "Checkout" in your cart once all desired items are added and quantities are correct. Ensure you’ve applied any discount codes or gift card codes and added any related products.
2. Guest or Register: Choose to checkout as a guest (no account creation) or register (to easily track orders in your account later). If registered, enter your email and password. Click "Continue as Guest" or "Continue" for new customers, or log in if you have an account.
3. Enter Address: Provide your billing address and, optionally, a different shipping address. Fields marked with an orange * are required. Verify your address and click "Next Step."
4. Shipping Address: If you provided a different shipping address, enter it now; otherwise, this step is skipped.
5. Choose Shipping Method: Select the most convenient shipping option and click "Next Step."
6. Choose Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method and click "Next Step."
7. Review Order: Check the total order summary to ensure all details are correct. Optionally, leave a message for the order processor. You can subscribe to our newsletter and must agree to the terms and confirm your details are accurate. Click "Buy Now" to finalize your order.
8. Payment: You’ll be redirected to the payment provider to complete the payment. Once completed, your order is confirmed. You’ll see a thank-you page and can continue browsing or leave the site.
9. Your order will be processed and shipped. We’ll keep you updated via email on the status of your order and shipping.
10. Thank you for your order!
