Our team works flexibly and freely. This means that everyone in our company can choose where and when to work based on their own preferences and needs. So, it's quite possible that one of our employees is working from a different part of the world for Bushcraft.shop! How amazing is that? This way, we don't need a fixed office and are always optimally available for advice, questions, and feedback. You can reach us via email, WhatsApp, social media, chat, phone, or on request through video calls via Teams and Zoom.
Opening Hours
Bushcraft.shop is an online store. Our online shop and customer service are open 24/7. You can always browse and order products at your convenience.
Webshop Opening Hours:
- Always Open: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Easy Ordering: Order and have products delivered to your home or elsewhere, with a wide choice of payment and delivery options.
- Generous Return Policy: If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and quick refunds.
- Extensive Contact Options: For all your questions during our business hours.
Pickup Point Opening Hours:
Please note: our regular pickup point is located in Oud Gastel, near Roosendaal!
- Opening Hours: Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 (lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00).
- Purchases must be ordered and paid for in advance through the webshop. Payment is not possible at the pickup point.
- Your order will be ready once you receive a notification from us, usually the next business day. Arriving earlier is not possible.
History
Bushcraft.shop started in 2012 under the name Moosetrail Bushcraft. Initially, we focused on organizing bushcraft courses and events. Gradually, we noticed a high interest in the products we sold during these events. This led to the growth of our webshop, which now offers over 3750 different products, all available from stock.
In 2017, we moved to Arnesteinweg in Middelburg, where we set up a large warehouse to handle our logistics, along with a pickup point and showroom. The new location had a total area of 1140m², providing plenty of room for growth.
In September 2019, we decided to outsource our warehouse and logistics (receiving deliveries and shipping orders) to an external partner in Oud Gastel. This decision was made to better serve our customers and give us more time to improve the webshop. Our logistics partner now handles all shipments.
The pickup point and showroom in Middelburg no longer exist, as we no longer have stock there. Customers can pick up their orders in Oud Gastel. You can also have your package sent to a PostNL pickup point, offering thousands of pickup locations throughout the Netherlands.
In December 2019, we moved to an office location as we no longer needed the space for a showroom and warehouse.
Since December 2021, we have done away with our office, and our employees now work from home or other beautiful locations across Europe. We have big ambitions to expand our range and serve our customers even better!
In addition to our dedicated team, several key partners work with us to provide you with the best service possible. Our fulfillment partner handles receiving goods and shipping packages, while PostNL & DPD ensure your package is delivered to your door. Many other companies enthusiastically work with us to ensure the perfect handling of your order, payment, and many other services.

Vision
Our main goal is to offer a unique and special range of bushcraft products to our customers. We believe it is crucial for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, not just with the product itself but with the entire process. We aim for a personal approach, paying attention to customer needs.
Assortment
Our assortment includes a wide range of products focused on bushcraft. We always look for something unique or hard to find in the Netherlands. We currently source our products from 12 different countries worldwide.
Many of these items are also suitable for other purposes. For example, a green jacket can be perfect for someone who enjoys nature photography. Therefore, our range is aimed at Bushcraft, Survival, and Outdoor activities.
We have strict requirements for the products we sell. You need to be able to rely on them. That’s why we only offer quality products. While we find a fair price very important, we don’t aim to be the cheapest. For instance, a waterproof notebook should do its job, so a cheaper version is fine. On the other hand, clothing needs to be high quality. We always ensure that the price/quality ratio of our products and the associated service is optimal.
Service
Last but certainly not least! We offer our customers a very high level of service. We believe it is important for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, now and in the future. If something goes wrong with a product, we will always find a suitable solution. Of course, exchanges are not a problem. Returns are always possible within 60 days of purchase. You also don’t have to wait weeks for your money: refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 working days. We consider this normal service.
