The reversible waffle iron with matching base makes waffle baking easy to do; two guide rings on the two-piece cast iron mould ensure the waffle iron sits firmly in the rack. A locking mechanism holds the waffle mould firmly together even during the turning process. Natural wooden handles make it easy to turn, even at high temperatures. The moulded nose running along the side forms the turning stop on the base. This allows precise rotation of 180° and keeps the biscuit mould in the correct position after turning. Savoury or sweet - fresh heart-shaped waffles are a snap with the reversible waffle iron.

Brand new dual function

The reversible waffle iron impresses with its powerful dual function. Because in addition to heart-shaped pastries, thin pancakes or flatbread can also be baked on the back. The large-size Petromax dragon logo is printed on the dough during the baking process and leaves a fiery imprint.

A strong combination - the reversible waffle iron and the Atago

Because the waffle iron needs space when turning downwards, the support frame must be placed at a sufficient height with sufficient clearance downwards. Only in this way can the turning process run smoothly. The clearance should be at least equal to the radius of the iron.
The Atago is the ideal outdoor hob for the reversible waffle iron. The support frame for the waffle iron fits perfectly on the top edge, the coals can be placed on the charcoal grid and there is enough space from the bottom of the Atago to the support frame so that the waffle iron can be turned easily.
