If you've tried climbing onto a hammock in a sleeping bag, you know what a struggle it can be! The Hammock Bushcraft Quilt is designed to keep you warm and comfortable with the benefit of easy access to your hammock. The quilt lies over you with a section for your feet and insulated flaps to slide down each side to keep it in place all night.

The Hammock Bushcraft Quilt is filled with Snugpak's Travelsoft Insulation, meaning it can be unpacked after a long time and won't have lost any thermal properties. Combine the Quilt with the Snugpak Underblanket and you have a fully insulated shell around you - you'll be warm as toast!

Because of the versatility of hanging insulation systems, the wide variety of uses and variations in a camp setup, it is difficult to establish a general comfort temperature for these items. As a general reference, the insulation used is Travelsoft with the same fill weights as our two-season sleeping bags. We strongly recommend that you experiment with your setup and gradually build up to more extreme temperatures until you are sure of the overall thermal performance.
