Companion Carbon Outdoor Knife:

Mora of Sweden's basic outdoor knife, the Companion, is a great knife for use in bushcraft, camping, woodcarving and many other outdoor activities, for example. The knife has a rubber handle that makes it nice and firm in the hand. Because the blade is made of carbon steel, it is easy to sharpen and perfect for use with a Firesteel.

The knife comes complete with a sturdy plastic sheath. It features a handy belt clip. This very sharp and high-quality knife from one of Sweden's best knife manufacturers is a must for any adventurous camper!

Carbon steel is perfect for use with a firesteel, and is easier to sharpen than stainless steel. However, this type of steel does require a bit more maintenance! The knife should be cleaned after use, possibly with water. If the knife is not used for a longer period of time, we recommend storing it oiled in the supplied sheath and storing it in a dry place.
