Craftsman's Knife HVK:

A knife designed for craftsmen, and definitely perfect for outdoor use! The blade is made of 2.5mm Japanese carbon knife steel. The sheath is made of durable PP Plastic and has a unique feature that allows it to be attached to a button on your clothes or on your belt. The cutting edge is sharpened in several steps and finally poached on a leather belt.

Carbon steel is ideally suited for use with a firesteel, and is easier to sharpen than stainless or stainless steel. However, this type of steel does require a bit more maintenance! The knife should be cleaned after use, possibly with water. If the knife is not used for a longer period of time, we recommend storing it oiled in the supplied sheath and storing it in a dry place.
