Chain Mail Scrubber / Cleaner:

The Chain Mail Scrubber or Cleaner is a mat made of stainless steel rings. Specially designed to remove caked-on residue from your dutch oven, skillet or any other cast iron or wrought iron pan. Because of the rings, it does not damage your pan, and the patina of the pan remains untouched.
There is no better way to clean a dutch oven!

As the mat is made of durable stainless steel, you can use it again and again. Just rinse it out and the mat is ready for reuse.

Instructions for use:
Let the pan cool and then run hot water into it. Then use the mat to scrub burned-on residue out of the pan without using detergent.
Rinse the pan completely, dry it with a kitchen paper.
Sweep some oil and salt through the pan and remove excess oil with a kitchen paper.
Your pan is ready to use again.
