Description:

Made entirely of cast iron and very robust. This Dutch Oven, is ideal for outdoor cooking. It can be placed directly in an open fire. Its excellent heat conduction and heat storage over a long period of time and its extreme robustness distinguish this pot. Its use is very versatile. You can boil, stew, roast, fry and even bake with it. Thanks to the thermometer grommet, you can easily insert a thermometer to check the temperature inside at any time. The lid of the firepot can also be used as a serving plate or pan. Thanks to the pre-treated surface, you can use the DO immediately.

Maintenance:

Clean with water after use. Do not use washing-up liquid. In case of strongly burned-on residues, use some salt and scrub the pan with a scrubber (Chain Mail cleaner).
In a cast-iron pan, a very thin layer of burned-on fat forms, which is normal and ensures that the pan never sticks. The grease settles in the pores of the iron.
After cleaning, dry the pan well and, if necessary, rub it with some oil (olive oil, for example).
If you did wash the pan with washing-up liquid, or cleaned it with salt, heat it up and make sure all the moisture evaporates from it. While it is hot, rub the pan with conditioner for cast iron.
Cast-iron pans are not dishwasher safe.
