The Bushbox XL is our largest burner and perfect for longer outdoor trips, camping, trekking, bushcraft adventures, for motorcyclists, expeditions and much more.
With this exceptionally efficient, portable folding cooker, you can easily boil water for several people, prepare food, grill meat and much more, with very little fuel.
With our unique hinge technology that ensures the hinges never stick, the Bushbox XL is easy to set up and fold, even with gloves or clammy hands.
With the Bushbox XL you are completely independent, as it can be used in many different ways and is suitable for natural solid fuels (twigs, branches, leaves, charcoal, animal dung) as well as spirit burners (e.g. Trangia), Esbit tablets , gel cookers, etc.
With its small pack size (folded up only about 1 cm thick), the ingenious hobo stove can be stored anywhere.

• How the Bushboxes work:

All our Bushboxes follow the chimney effect (or chimney principle): air flows into the stove from below, allows even damp material to burn and produces strong heat which - thanks to the clever design of the stove - is directed straight upwards and barely radiates to the sides. Compared to a campfire, the Bushbox provides a clean, compact and safe way of cooking, entirely according to the "Leave no Trace" principle.

• Coasters (Set) Bushbox XL

The coasters are attached to the back of your Bushbox XL. So they are always safely stored and do not get lost on the way.
On top of the Bushbox XL, they provide a safe stand, even for smaller cups and saucepans.
Several notches allow the trivets to be placed in different positions as needed and ensure sufficient airflow between flame and cookware.
Thanks to the Trivets, you can place an external heat source (e.g. Trangia) at any height in the Bushbox XL.
Alternatively, the trivets can be used to handle the hot Bushbox. Combined with the Universal Grate included in the set, they can also be used as a toast holder or to keep your coffee cup warm. Be creative.

Universal Grid Bushbox XL

• The universal grid can be used in many ways:

Attached on top of the Bushbox XL, it forms an excellent grill or provides a sturdy platform for smaller pots and cups.
Placed in a special half-height position, it can be used as a stand for alcohol burners (such as the Trangia).
In this half-height position, it is also ideal for use with charcoal or wood pellets (lower fuel consumption with more effective and constant cooking or grilling temperature over a long period of time; one cup of pellets is sufficient for about 30 minutes of operating time).

Leather pouch Bushbox XL

The handmade, high-quality leather pouch is made of high-quality, vegetable-tanned cowhide leather. Sturdy seams ensure maximum durability.
The Leather Pouch offers enough space to safely store your cooker and matching accessories, such as the Trivets and Universal Grate. There is also space for our separately available multipurpose case.
Attach to a carabiner, your waistband, belt or backpack using the loops on the back (6 cm) or the extra D-ring. So you always have the cooker and accessories close at hand.
